At B.R.A.T Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
